Bakery Technology Enterprises, LLC focuses on advanced mechanical engineering and diligent product design to keep improving our bakery and food processing equipment. Our design team consists of engineers, designers, and drafters working together under common goals. These goals include planning innovative solutions to problems that come with high volume food processes, thinking and collaborating on new ways to improve upon existing equipment, and being involved with machine fabrication to convey design intent and quality control. To achieve these goals our engineering department uses many tools to optimize our design process. We use the latest forms of Autodesk 3D software for model equipment and finite element analysis. Finite element analysis shows the behavior of machines affected by many physical effects, including: Mechanical Stress, Fatigue and Motion, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Flow. We also use 3D printing for rapid prototyping and conceptualize modeling.
